Strength/Skill: Clean and Jerk 5 x 3 + 1
Conditioning: Tabata Burpees, rest 1min, Tabata Air Squats, rest 1min, Tabata Push Ups. *Score lowest round of each exercise.
Finisher: Ring Dips x 100 (Focus on position!)
