Your buy-in for each round is 15 SDLHP (sumo dead lift high pull) @ 55#/75#. With the remainder of time left in each round perform max rep burpees over the bar. Score total burpees for all five rounds. Extra Conditioning: Complete three rounds of "Short Tosh"
