Here's how it works:
3 ...2 ...1 ...GO!
:20 sec max rep DL
:10 sec rest
:20 sec max rep Clapping Push-Ups
:10 sec rest
... and so on and so forth until we complete a total of 16 Tabata Intervals [8 minutes]
Score total number of reps for DL + PU
