With a continuously running clock do one burpee on the top of the first minute, two burpees on the top of the second minute, three burpees on the top of the third minute ... continuing as long as you are able, until you miss (max out) - rest one minute after last round of burpees then run 1-mile for time. Record number of completed "burpee-minutes" (rounds), and timed mile run.
