1.) Test - bottom position of snatch balance
2.) 2 min leg press mob
3.) 2 min ea. leg figure four on wall
4.) 2 min ea. straight leg door frame hammy
5.) Retest - bottom position of snatch balance

Also, we'll play around with some handstand holds....
