Option #1.)
From CF HQ 07.09.11
Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-ups
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
Post time and number of sets to completion to CF HQ Main Site.
Option #2.)
"Death By Pull-Ups"
Start with 1 pull-up on the top of the minute and add 1 pull-up each minute until you can no longer continue. Example: Minute 1 = 1 p/u, Minute 2 = 2 p/u, Minute 3 = 3 p/u, Minute 4 = 4 p/u .... Minute 10 = 10 p/u, Minute 11 = 11 p/u, etc, etc.
