CFFM WOD Monday 8.18.14. "The Bear"  One round = seven reps of the following sequence (unbroken): power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press. 
Option 1.) Work up to wax weight for one complete round.
Option 2.) Perform max reps at 135lbs (men) or 95lbs (women)
Option 3.) Perform Option 1 and Option 2, get some!!!
