11.28.11 - Strength + Strength Conditioning =====


Back Squat (Refer to 10.31.11 & 11.14.11) Work up to 80% of 1-RM for one maximal effort set.
Rest 5:00-10:00 minutes then....
Complete for time:
30 x Front Squat @ 50% of Back Squat work set (top set of the day),
30 x Burpees,
Run 400-Meters,
*10-min time cap!
