With a continuously running clock perform one burpee at the top of the first minute, two at the top of the second, three at the top of the third and so on until you can no longer complete the number of burpees in the given minute. Rest exactly one minute before running 1-mile for time!
Score = number of rounds of completed burpees + 1-mile run time.
